It’s not convenient for me to come to your shop, do you offer pick-up and delivery service?
Yes, we offer free pick-up and delivery service within the Hoboken area.
I see a sign for your shop at my local dry cleaner, will my shoes be repaired by you?
Yes, we have several dry cleaner affiliates in the area, we pick up, repair and deliver the orders ourselves.
How long will it take for my shoes to be ready?
Typically, basic shoe repairs have a turnaround time of 24 hours. Be sure to ask us for an estimated time when your drop your order off. We offer “While You Wait” repair service as well. Leave your mobile number with your order and request our new “Notify by TXT” service. We’ll send you an SMS, txt message when your order is ready. Or send us a TXT at: 201-477-8639 with your name and ticket number and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
I don’t live in the area, can I mail my order to you?
Yes, you can mail your order to our Hoboken location and we’ll ship your completed order back to you at no charge.
I have a designer handbag and/or pair of shoes, can you repair them?
Yes, we can repair designer bags and all name brand shoes.

I have such high regard for shoemakers/repair craftsmen.From when I was a kid my mother always took hers,my dad’s and my shoes to the local shoemaker.I grew up in North Bergen,NJ and remain a Hudson County resident.No matter where I am visiting I am always delighted when I see a local shoerepair shop. I love how you have taught and passed along this wonderful trade that I
feared was once”dying”, to the local youths. I hope they gratefully embrace and understand the gift you have given them and will carry forward and teach others.
